Linda Lee (thinking): "I need to get this story done quickly. Perry will be expecting my draft by noon." Supergirl (Linda Lee): "Time to put a stop to this." She flies out of the alley, heading towards the bank. The wind catches her cape, making it flap dramatically behind her. Robber Leader: "Look who decided to join the party. Supergirl, we've been expecting you." Supergirl: "Put the money down and surrender. This doesn't have to get ugly." Robber Leader: "Oh, but we have plans for you, Supergirl. Plans that involve you working for us." Supergirl: "What... what are you doing to me?" Robber Leader: "First, take off that Daily Planet disguise. Show us the real Supergirl." Supergirl: "You won't get away with this..." Robber Leader: "Oh, but we will. Now, follow our orders." Supergirl: "What are your orders, master?" Robber Leader: "Excellent. Now, to make sure no one interferes with our plans." He points to the nearby police officers who are cautiously approaching. Robber Leader: "Supergirl, show them what happens when they try to stop us." Supergirl: "Yes, master." Supergirl flies towards the police officers. Her eyes glow red as she uses her heat vision to create a barrier of molten asphalt, forcing the officers to retreat. The wind generated by her flight causes her cape to billow behind her. Robber Leader: "Fly ahead and make sure the road is clear. Use your powers to deal with any obstacles." Supergirl: "Understood." Supergirl soars into the sky, her hair and cape flowing in the wind. She scans the area with her enhanced vision, locating a police roadblock a few blocks ahead. With a burst of speed, she descends upon the roadblock, using her super strength to lift and toss police cars aside as if they were toys. The officers scramble to get out of the way, helpless against her might.
