Set in the year 3016 at Time Force Academy, a team of Time Force Ranger cadets must band together to defeat an ancient evil who is set on unraveling the very fabric of the universe. Under the leadership of their mentor, Jen Scotts, and with Malika Lim, the newly minted Rangers will cross both time and space to complete their mission while running into many familiar eras (and faces) along the way.

Vesper was a cadet at Time Force Academy who was watching a history lecture done by Professor Jen Scotts. Unlike her classmates, Vesper wasn't very interested in the lecture about the history of Time Force and told Professor Scotts that she preferred to "live in the now" as with time travel available she could visit the past or the future whenever she wanted. She spent her time tinkering with a tablet-like device while Professor Scotts was speaking and then was forced to hand over the device when she would not share with the class what it was. Jen tried to remove it from her and after a struggle to keep it away from Jen, Vesper falls down and accidentally activated it, revealing it was some kind of advanced portable holographic projector. It was designed to view the time stream 10 to 20 seconds into the future and shows a horrific vision of all of them being killed in an explosion by an unknown white beam of energy. Jen gets Vesper and her classmates to the center of the classroom, morphs and activates an energy shield to protect them from danger. The energy blast is deflected and the students are safe, with Jen instructing Vesper and her classmates to go out into the hall and escorts them outside.

Jack was a "beat cop" who was asked by Senior Commander Varge to do a lecture at Time Force Academy. He was very appalled at the idea of talking to cadets about his job and wanted to find any excuse to get out of it. He witnessed a young female sneaking out of the evidence room with a box from a window and attempted to hide to observe and then tail the suspicious individual.

Eddie was an enthusiastic cadet at Time Force Academy who was excited to meet Professor Scotts, asking her multiple questions about her time as a Ranger and her battles with Ransik when the academy was attacked.

Together with Jack, a Time Force officer, and fellow students Marv, Chloe and Vesper, Eddie tried to learn who was attacking the academy and why. After the attackers stole a time ship and escaped, Jen Scotts entrusted Eddie and the others with their own time ship and Morphers to pursue them.

Chloe, a trouble-making Time Force Academy student on a scholarship, was sneaking an evidence box out of a window when she was discovered Jack, a Time Force officer, who placed her in plasma restraint handcuffs. She explained how she was taking it because it would only "go to waste" if it was kept in the evidence room. She tried to sweet talk her way out of her predicament, even offering to take Jack to get donuts, when the academy was attacked.

Together with fellow students Marv, Eddie and Vesper, Chloe and Jack tried to learn who was attacking the academy and why.

After the HyperForce Rangers sent a message to the Time Force Academy in the year 3017 to help them save their Red Ranger, Joe's brother Marv, Joe was sent by Time Force PD to rescue his brother from the Alliance Leader.

He morphed into the Time Force Silver Ranger and rescued his brother who was on a stolen time ship from the Alliance. Joe distracted Velchanos and a bunch of Putties so that the two could escape from the ship. Once Marv was finally safe, Joe told him where he has been, why he never returned and what his secret mission is in regards to the Alliance Leader's scheme. Sadly, he had to leave and continue his mission, but Marv was just relieved that his big brother is alive and well.
