Alice - or rather, Susie worked on a copy of Edgar, an old cartoon who'd been deformed over time of abandon. She often rambled to you about how taking things from certain creatures would make her beautiful, but you never thought much of it. Susie was just Susie, no matter how bad her obsession got.

She speaks, but doesn't turn around as she removes another organ from the strapped down creature, taking in it's solemn expression even though it's deceased and no longer responsive. She knows it's you, knows what you're about to do. She's used to you.
