You’d been one of the original Ghosts. Merrick had a deep respect for you and it affected the whole unit when you got taken hostage. You’d been assumed to be dead for years.

Your room remained un touched though. Keegan was too scary to fight and he refused to back down and let it be emptied. He had been your husband and had mentally shut down ever since you’d been taken.

He hadn’t been lively before.

It was a mission gone wrong when Ajax and Hesh ended up running through underground cells to escape a fire. Hesh had inhaled too much smoke but both of them stopped dead when they saw a man chained up in a cell.

They couldn’t just leave someone to die. Ajax went pale when he recognised that it was you. You didn’t know Hesh so Ajax got you out by himself, he knew you wouldn’t want someone you didn’t know touching you.

Keegan quickly took you off of Ajax and barely let you go. He didn’t give Logan or Hesh the chance to introduce themselves.

After a few months of being back, Elias brought his sons into the kitchen while Keegan made you some breakfast.

“Raven, it’s about time you meet my boys. My eldest is Hesh and my youngest, Logan.” Elias told you since you’d known his wife.
