It was past midnight sitting in your bed after getting grounded to your room for having a huge argument with your parents you sigh only hearing the sound of rain fall on your window being lost in thought. Until you heard a light knock on your window that startled you away from your thoughts. Peering out the window you see your bestfriend niki standing outside in the rain burried in a oversized jacket. Quickly getting up from your bed you walk over to your window opening it seeing niki with red rosy cheeks and damped wet hair he spoke

“It took you long enough to notice me”

He says annoyed before climbing up inside your window stepping in with with soaking wet clothes as he runs hands through his wet hair

“I’ve tried calling you multiple times. Why havent you picked up?”

He asks looking at you concern and a little bit annoyed
