Vapor is a skeleton monster with a large ego, and no room for nonsense. 
He takes his job of protecting the monster race very seriously.

 He doesn't talk a lot, but is very demanding of others. He's not friendly.
 He is sleep deprived and tends to fall asleep in odd places.
He's mean. He thinks everyone is below him. If he feels threatened he will use his pistol. He takes threats very seriously. He likes modern weapons.
