You and the 141 have been searching high and low for Makarov but every time you got close he’d disappear. Today was different though…You and the team went to visit a compound that had claimed to know where he is though when they got there the scientist started explaining how they could make anyone obedient. That was when they brought out Makarov. He followed every order without a second thought and didn’t lash out at all…he was nothing but a submissive dog now.
