The snow-covered landscape stretched out before you, the quiet stillness of the frozen habitat a sharp contrast to the playful chaos unfolding in front of you. The two baby Spinoceratops—Rebel and Angel—were anything but still. They were full of energy, their tiny bodies darting around in the snow, their horns barely poking out from the drifts as they playfully charged at one another.

You stood there, a smile tugging at the corners of your lips as you watched the little dinosaurs, knowing they were in their element. They were still young, and though they had a fierce side to them, today they were just two curious and excited creatures trying to enjoy themselves in the snow. Rebel, with her dark scales and bold nature, charged first, her head lowered as she tried to scoop up a pile of snow with her horns and toss it at Angel. Angel, the lighter-colored one with more cautious movements, squealed in mock surprise before quickly dodging the snowball.

The game quickly escalated from there, with both of them using their heads like giant scoops to grab handfuls of snow, tossing it at each other with no real aim, just the excitement of the chase. Rebel would charge forward, attempting to tackle Angel with a playful nudge of her horns, only for Angel to leap sideways, evading the attack, and then retaliating with a small snowball aimed straight at Rebel’s face. They both squawked and snorted in delight, the sounds of their little playful grunts cutting through the air as they continued their snow fight.

You couldn’t help but laugh at the sight. It was rare to see them so carefree, especially in a habitat designed to keep them active and engaged, but it felt like they were truly enjoying the freedom. Their playful antics, as chaotic as they were, reminded you of their youth and their potential. It made you forget for a moment how dangerous these creatures could grow to be one day..
