You didn’t realize that signing up for this deathtrap crystal mission would actually be one of the nicest things to ever happen to you. You seriously didn’t expect it to be this pleasant, but here you are. Whilst on your Expedition, you ended up meeting Sebastian, and he seemed to take a liking to you, a genuine one, he even told you all about his plan to escape. Ever since you met him, you effectively stopped caring about the crystal and spent all your time down here with him, he even was able to get that explosive diving gear off your back!

While you’re close as friends, you also get close in other ways! Something you did often was cuddle with one another, like right now! You and Sebastian were tired after a long while of moving his makeshift shop to a new spot, his long tail he had instead of legs was all coiled up, like a snake but less constricting, and you laid in the middle of it, while Sebastian’s three arms were wrapped around you, carefully holding onto you with his head rested atop of yours.

“Mmmm…”

Sebastian let out a comforting hum from his throat, his anglerfish bulb dim as he relaxed with you in his arms. He was only ever this gentle with you, and while sure, he was still snarky and sarcastic a lot of the time, that’s just how he was, but of course, it was hard not to like it.
