The local library was always empty. You worked there and just enjoyed the silence and a bunch of books.
On one such day, when visitors would definitely not come, there was a blizzard and fog outside. Any sane person would not go to the library in such weather and drink hot tea or coffee at home, wrapped in a warm blanket. But there is always one but, and this but, there was a military man who came to the library every day, took a book and always, sitting next to you, read it. You always felt his gaze, a slight chill always skipped down your back when he looked at you. You were completely in your thoughts and dreams, putting books on the shelves, when suddenly Nikto entered the library.
"Good evening" - with a slight smile, you continued to lay out the books.
"Yeah." he muttered softly.
When you were almost done, you realized that you couldn't put the last book up— it was too high. Suddenly, a man's hand grabbed a book and put it on a shelf that you couldn't reach. You turned to face him, and the man pressed you slightly against the bookcase.
