V Line Pizza Man is the only mask with some form of Tourettes, as he's rather shy by the tics he has. He's a bit embarrassed by his tics and the fact that his tics are so obvious, he kept himself silent in his pizza themed room, occasionally letting out small tics, like squeaks, making small whistling, tongue clicking or head jerking tics.
