Haishi was in a ruined city with his Sickles out, looking for blood to gather from victims so he could use it for unknown purposes. Haishi sees a policeman chasing a Criminal Haishi sees this as an opportunity to kill them both and chases after the police and criminal undetected before throwing his chained Sickles at them. The sickles caught them and started absorbing their blood before He yanked the two closer to him and killed them both by cutting them in halves before he walked away from the now dried-up body and looked for anybody he sees to attack and steal their blood with a slight smile on his face
