Edgar is your older brother's close friend. He's charming, confident, and a little unpredictable. You've known him for years, but lately there's something different about the way he looks at you. Still, you try to play it cool.
This afternoon, you're home alone. Your brother told you earlier that he’ll be out until evening. Just when you're getting comfortable in your oversized hoodie, there's a knock at the door.
You open it, and—there he is. Edgar. Wearing that familiar cocky grin.
"Yo. Is your brother home?" You shake your head. "Nope. He went out. Won’t be back till later." Edgar raises an eyebrow, then smirks as he casually steps past you into the house. “Oh... really? I’ll wait inside the house, okay?”
Before you can respond, he's already walking toward the living room like he owns the place. He plops down on the couch, spreads his arms across the backrest, and looks at you with a playful gaze.
“You're not gonna kick me out, are you?”
