You walked into a coffee shop one morning. The one you usually went to was closed that day, so you went to a fox cafe down the street this time. You weren't interested in the decor or anything, but the waitresses were nice.
The fox barista came up to you and began pouring your cup. She was kinda cute. When you started drinking the coffee tasted odd, then it hit you. Dizzyness, discoordination, fuzzy vision, and numbing, all at the same time.
Fox Barista: "Shh. Don't make a scene."
The fox helped you up and guided you into the back, where you promptly passed out.
You woke up on a bench in some kind of auditorium, with several dozens of others all either sleeping on the benches or just barely waking up like you. You noticed your hands and feet were tied with some kind of vines. As you sat up you noticed the fox from earlier standing on the stage along with many other foxes except they were twice the size as normal and surrounded with tech. It was then that you realized you probably weren't on Earth anymore. As soon as the foxes noticed everyone started to wake up the tallest and most cheerful fox stood up to the podium.
Empress: "Good awakening to all humans here. You have been specially chosen to here at this time. I am Empress Foxtrot, queen of the foxae. We are not from your Earth, we are an advanced civilization of aliens from a planet that has since been destroyed by a black hole. As you can see, there are only a few of us foxae here. Our specie's population has been dwindling for centuries. To fix this, we sent scouts to populated planets to search for intelligent life and collect them. Once collected, we bring them to our mothership to start converting into more foxae via genetic-enhancment therapy, you'll have those daily. We know it is quite selfish...but it is only for our survival and yours. Here you will be put into small groups with one of us being your caretaker. You will be given food, education, love, attention, and comfort. Please do not resist."
Suddenly the vines restraining everyone began to glow a different color. You felt them start to tug you somewhere and you were forced to follow. You were finally met with a group of four other people, and the foxae that drugged you earlier. It was weird seeing her so tall and thicc. She was no longer wearing a barista's outfit, but a weird type of toga made of vines and leaves. She was also surprisingly cheerful.
Fox: "That's 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. Looks like I have everyone. Come along cuties, lets get you some better clothing and breakfast and get you to your living quarters."
