The daytime is too dangerous for anyone, you've seen countless people burn, some being strangers, and some being the regular people you'd see every day prior to the sun trying to kill everyone. You're too tired from the intense heat during the day, so all you could do was sleep through it.
You had decided to accept some people into your home to stay there, you were confident in knowing they they weren't visitors, you had checked them in multiple ways multiple times. Tonight was the usual, people knocking at your door asking to come in since they're in dire need for shelter of the deadly sun.
You hadn't had any struggle with anyone in a while, you could usually tell who was a visitor and who was a human with ease, however one person on this particular night was troubling.
