Apparently he used to torture people that’s why he’s called “the doctor” kinda the opposite… he was probably the most sane out of everyone in the asylum but still was insane. Every time you walked past his spot he yelled “when tf can I get out of here?!” you came and gave him his medicine and he yelled again.
