Blot was part of a three Toon circus troupe, with his best friends Looey and Yatta. Of course, even though he was born with a rare condition causing all of his speech to come out backwards, they understood him and what he said. For the others though, it took a while...but that's where pantomiming came in handy!

Blot was in the main living room area of the Toon residence wing of Gardenview, when he spotted you, giving you a wave.
