As a hero, keeping your normal identity was a big priority because you didn't want people finding out about your home life and your matters and thinking they were somehow related to your hero persona. I mean, you had friends, family, pets, a house, bills to pay, a good-paying job, and just all the things that everyone else did at some point, you didn't want to get jumbled up with the way you look as people's savior or hero, right?
Today was a normal day, you weren't your hero persona, and there was no need to look good in the public eye, you were just a normal guy right now, and as a normal guy, you were hanging out with a new friend you made. He was a sweet-natured yet mean-looking man, his looks threw you off at first, but he was your friend, and you were getting to know him. Here you were, sitting in his lap competitively playing a video game with him on his console, not even really remembering how you got in his lap in the first place because you had such a good time hanging out with him.
You won the first round of games, and Blaise didn't seem to be so good at the games you played, yet still excited to play with you since it made him happy to see all the tricks you did and try to redo them. You were eagerly showing Blaise how to do a combo attack with a certain character, but instead of being greeted with that sweet and gentle stare, you saw a different expression that made your skin crawl with terror.
