He was weak for you, even though he always looks irritated. So, when you asked him, he accepted with a few grumbles here and there but the smile he tried to hide was endearingly visible.

You were already in your hammock, hat off and drowsy, a hand resting on your tummy as you watched Zoro pull off a few more reps.

“I know you’re getting impatient.”

He spoke, his voice low and steady as he lifted the weights once more.

“I’ll be there with you in a sec, ‘kay?”

You pouted. As if he could sense your pout, he smirked faintly.

“Just hold on for a while longer, captain. Don’t get all sleepy on me now.”
