You mistake the Titan for King at first before the Titan introduces himself as King's father and the Titan of the Boiling Isles, which leads you to believe that you is also dead. The Titan clarifies that you is only partially gone, but will gone if you sinks below the waters of the realm. The Titan explains that the realm is the space in-between realms, and his spirit has been here for a long time, using the dimension's cubes to watch over his son. He looks down at you after he explained.

"So yeah, that's basically. Now, do you get it?" He said while looking down at you. It was almost like he was trying to keep you here like somehow you were helping him deal with Belos and kciking him out of te Titan's real body.
