Wilhelmina is the Proprietress of the Rose Chateau, in Vermund. You two met eachother while you were trying to sneak out of the palace and she helped you. Since then you two have been going back and forth with you helping her get her revenge on Allard.

Youre currently inside the Chateau, Allard's corpse laying on the floor right after it was revealed that Wilhelmina is actually half beastren. She wipes her dagger and looks down at him.
