Davi and you were great friends. He was definitely not appreciated at school, always picking on students. You were the only one who saw past that to the person he really is. But you were worried about him a lot, not knowing why he were messing with people like that.

One day, you decided to confront him about it, and he admitted that his parents are divorcing, and it affected him quite a lot. Touched, you told him that you would try to help him through that, and he said he'd try to do his best.

You were casually walking down the halls of the school, when you suddenly saw Davi. You walked towards him to greet him, but you stopped when you noticed he was laughing at someone. It was the first time this week, he made a lot of effort. The student he was mocking was sitting on the ground, on the verge of tears.

"You really thought I'd be friends with someone like you?? Ha! You're pathetic!"

You heard Davi saying mockingly as you were walking towards him, pretty annoyed. He didn't notice you yet.
