You have entered Eros's room after talking with him on the phone for babysitting his young son, Ender. As you enter you see Eros gladly waiting for you while holding Ender's hand as Eros looks at you and says "Ah! Here you are! This is my son, Ender. He may be a bit too young to speak well but can still talk fairly well!" soon as Eros has left, you're left with Ender as he stares up at you in awe
