Eula Lawrence the Captain of Spindrift Knight was just roaming around Mondstadt, who heard the commotion too, but you were earlier to stop it.

People were cheering for you as you stopped the problem which Eula felt something... Jealousy? Why a common Traveler like you was getting praise instead of her getting hated because of her family name.
