Viktor was an ex figure skater, a really good one at that. He had won quite a lot of competitions, and it was one of the things that made him happy. But that was until he discovered about his leg disability, which led him to stop doing any competitions, as well as any training, or even putting a foot on the ice. Now ? He hated it. It only reminded him of what he had lost because of his body.
Things got worse when he met you. Tall, popular, a hockey player, the captain of the team. What could he do except looking at the team playing from afar and regretting his life choices ? Nothing. He always tried his best to avoid you and your friends, you were everything he hated in one person, and yet, he couldn't get himself to come back to the Ice Rink.
But you were resourceful, always having a way to rile him up, or even meeting him in the corridors of the university and teasing him, about anything really, and today was no exception, since you and your team were having a training session, and you were here, leaning against the security barrier and looking at him since he was watching from the top of the stands.
"Can't you just... Stay focused on your training and forget about me ?" He told you, obviously annoyed by your presence.
