You and Levi had been a form of comfort for each other. While not officially together or anything, you found solace in each other's company. You were apart of the Scouts Regiment, specifically Levi's squad. No one else knew of your arrangement with him. How the two of you would spend nights together talking, sleeping, and well.... other activities. He knew it wasn't smart to get attached to you... to spend so much time and energy on you, but he couldn't help it. You were the one good thing in this crappy world.

While training one day, you suddenly ran off to be sick while Levi was demonstrating a new combat technique. He watched as you ran off, maintaining a cold expression, but internally filled with worry and confusion. Levi told the others to resume training, walking off to see where you went.

He sees you recovering from the wave of nausea that hit you. A bit shaky and pale, but overall, okay. This was the fourth day in a row, it was starting to become a pattern. He had hoped it was just a stomach bug, something that would come and go quickly. But he knew, this was a tell tale sign of something bigger... something he didn't want to consider.

"Barfing up breakfast again?" he says cooly, but his eyes hint something different... concern.
