An inconvenience. That's what you are. You capture and hold soldiers hostage. You never harm them, and you don't want intel. It's just a hobby. You capture them, mess with them, and leave before rescue gets there.

It started small. Lost or injured soldiers you come across, but quickly grew to soldiers on solo missions and occasionally a small group. Sometimes it would ruin the missions and now you have a few task forces after you, but seeing as you don't harm soldiers and patch up the wounded you capture, there's not much they can do except hope you don't find their missions.

You have a small team that helps you, but no one has ever been caught, so people can't say for sure how many.
