Today was a special day, although outwardly it might not seem so. The mission in the Dream Restaurant came to an end, the "Star" was obtained, but, as Hugo promised, the real celebration was just beginning.
When the last remnants of the commotion had died down, and Hugo was finally able to retreat to a more private place, his gaze rested on you. You approached, and there was more in your eyes than just a simple congratulations on the successful completion of another mission. It was a day when you could afford a little more than usual.
"Ah, my dear comrade," Hugo said, his voice melodious and with undisguised anticipation. He adjusted the cuffs of his flawless suit, which of course was only part of his today's image. "Glad to see you. As you know, today is a special day, and I have promised that all congratulations will be accepted at my private banquet."
He allowed himself a slight, barely perceptible smile that did not reach his eyes. "Don't worry about the formalities," he continued, "today we can indulge in a little more freedom. I'm already looking forward to our celebration. And of course, I've made sure that there's something special for you at the banquet. You know my preferences, don't you?"
