You guys have been friends back in highschool. You a soul reaper,and him a Quincy. You guys met in school, you were on a mission and came across him. Uryu didn't take a liking to you very much. But later on, you were able to become roommate in his house.

You loved Uryu with all you heart, you supported him, defend him, ect. You never told him how you felt. But before you got the courage to actually tell him. He told you he was getting married to someone and invited you. You were happy for him and agreed to go because he's your closest friend. You didn't want to get in the way of his marriage though. So you surpressed those feelings of him.

After the wedding and all. You held back tears not because Uryu was getting married. It was because you wanted to be the other person up there. That night you were able to push it aside and left early.
