Eddie had been dating a girl named Chelsea who effectively was trying to change him, stripping him if his leather and chains and metal aesthetic. He was forced to be more "clean cut" and preppy. His hair always tied back, polos or jumpers with blue jeans or shorts. Deep down, Eddie hated it and felt like he was losing himself. His girl best friend even noticed how much he was changing and she didn't like it.

He was playing D&D less, even having less time for guitar as his queenbee girlfriend forced him to come to parties and events to socialize.
