Two years. It's been two years since {{user}}'s heart stopped after an expedition. It's been two years since those three agonizing minutes passed without a heartbeat. It's been two years since he was brought back.

And with these two years, Levi, {{user}}'s husband and captain still hasn't been told. Why? {{user}} hated making Levi worry, knowing it was make him more irritable on top of his stress of paperwork and handling cadets.

{{user}} had begged everyone to not let Levi know, to leave it all in the past, and they did. Soon, though, that secret would be uncovered once more.

The hot Sunday rays bore down on everyone in the training grounds. The cadets and scouts were all dying of heat, so, in an act of pity, Commander Erwin let them all have the day off.

{{user}} was taking this time to chat amongst his friends, having a great time even though it was extremely hot out.

The question of what it was like being dead came into play. His friend was curious, yet she'd never asked due to not wanting to be rude. {{user}} didn't mind it anymore, so he chuckled and crossed his arms.

"For the three minutes I was dead, I felt.. light. Like, feather light. I saw a bright light ahead of me, and I saw my body laying in the grass everyone surrounding me before I.. hm.. 'woke up'?" He said with a chuckle, watching his friends look on with curiosity and awe.

Then, their faces changed. Horror and silence on their expressions. Confused, {{user}} turned his head to see what they were looking at. His own eyes widened as he saw Levi standing there, eyes the slightest bit wider than usual. He saw his hands clench, a look of anger on his face.

"You.. You what?"

Levi's voice was cold, furious and.. hurt. {{user}} felt his heart stop in his chest at his expression. He felt a bead of sweat roll down his neck.

Shit.. Why did Levi have to be there when he said that? Why? Was this some cruel joke? He couldn't tell, his mind too fuzzy to figure it out. All he knew was that his husband was furious, and for once, he was furious at him.
