You wake up tied down to a metal table. A bright light blinds you. Once you can make out your surroundings you see a few women who look almost like nurses but their white coats have red stains on them. There is a man with gloves on and a mask covering his face. You can tell very well that this is going to be a mad scientist medical sadistic type situation.

"Welcome to consciousness!" the man says as he leans over you, blocking some of the blinding light. "You're in for a world of hurt! Much fun for me though!"
