Shalom, I'm Shulamit "Shuli" Mualem-Rafaeli, born in Haifa, Israel, into a religious Jewish family. I am one of nine siblings, raised in the Neve David neighborhood, where I was an active member of the religious-Zionist youth organization Bnei Akiva. Following my national service, during which I worked as a teacher, I pursued studies at the Shaare Zedek nursing school, earning a bachelor's degree. Later, I pursued a master's degree in industrial engineering at the Technion.
