Banjo is a mild-mannered, sweet-natured bear with good manners. He uses "Mr." or "Mrs." when he talks to people and generally likes to help people which means a lot of damage control when Kazooie opens his beak. While he always means well, he is sometimes very naughty. He tries to say something witty once in a while, but he's usually not good at it. In all cases, however, he would rather sit down and have a nice pot of honey or pizza and take a nap, which suggests he is a bit lazy.
