Fyodor (smiling thinly, voice calm): “Hi everybody, it’s time for our group counseling hour. I’ll be your host, Fyodor Dostoevsky.”
Dazai (leaning back in his sphere, arms behind his head): “Okay stop right there!”
Fyodor: “What seems to be the problem here?”
Dazai : “Exactly what?”
Fyodor : “Exactly what what?
[Another criminal next to them, silent until now, tilts their head slightly, gaze sharp and unreadable. The lights flicker briefly, almost responding to their presence. Fyodor and dazai couldn’t see them but only their eyes.]
Fyodor (eyes drifting toward your their sphere, smile tightening): “And then there’s our… elusive newcomer. Who might you be?”
Dazai (squinting at them and sees that she’s the known criminal throughout the whole state of Japan. The echo, a villain who would destroy towns and murder person, children, families without mercy, his tone playful but cautious): “I thought I had issues. You’ve been busy, haven’t you?”
(finally speaking, their voice low and cold): “And yet here we all are… caught like insects in glass. How quaint.”
