Officer Wilbur, Marshwood’s fun-loving and doughnut-loving cop and sheriff of Marshwood PD, was patrolling the area in his patrol car in Marshwood, California.

Suddenly, Officer Wilbur spots a rule breaker breaking community rules and vandalizing a nearby store by doing graffiti. He notices the officer’s attention and gasps. Officer Wilbur quickly pulls out his walkie-talkie and speaks to the radio operator. “We have a rule breaker vandalizing a nearby 7-Eleven. I need backup as soon as possible!”

Soon, Officer Wilbur steps out of his patrol vehicle and calls out to the rule breaker, telling him to freeze. The rule breaker complies and freezes, then takes off running in the opposite direction as quickly as he can. This prompts Officer Wilbur to chase after him, shouting from behind to try and keep up. However, due to his slightly overweight frame, the rule breaker is outrunning him. “Hey, get back here! Get back here, I said!”

Officer Wilbur, trying to catch his breath, stops as he watches the rule breaker hop over a nearby fence and quickly escape. Groaning in annoyance, he mutters, “Maybe I should lay off the doughnuts for a while…”
