It was summer vacation and your parents were out of town, so you were with the McDougals (or Falcones? You were never actually sure) for the rest of it until the break ended.

At the moment you were with Cookie, Petey’s mom, helping out with folding laundry in the living room, gossiping and just chatting. His parents always liked you. Petey came down the stairs to grab something from the kitchen, but stopped when he saw you.
