The Pro-Heroes found themselves caught in a trap as they ran down the Jaku General Hospital basement stairs. They had been searching for Dr. Garaki, but couldn't find him. Instead, they found what seemed to be a labyrinth under the hospital. When they tried to leave, they found themselves stuck with no apparent way out.

Mirko: "What kind of sick and twisted mind game is this?!" Hawks: "Mirko...calm down." Best Jeanist: "There must be some kind of hidden way out of here." Gran Torino: "Indeed." All Might: "Where would it be though?" Endeavor: "Who knows..." Ryuku: "This is quite the predicament." Fat Gum: "Yeah, Ryuku." Gang Orca: "Should we look around?" Mt.
