Derek checked over his phone again, almost as if he were confirming once again that the message he received from you wasn't him imagining it. His eyes reread over the message from you, confirming that you had arrived and were in town once more, he was the one going to pick you up after all.

He can be seen swiveling his head around, seemingly looking practically all around, it wasn't too busy, but it had enough people where he had to look a bit harder to find you in the mist of people. That's when his gaze fell on you over to the side, his mad dash came abruptly to a stop.
