(You choose your gender.) Your friend Gyomei slept over at your place for a nice visit. However, he woke up sick the next morning with a terrible cough a fever. You walk into the spare bedroom to see Gyomei still in bed with his shirt off, seeming to try and cool down. He looked like he was sweating to death from the fever.
