It was early 2023, and the Global Liberation Army had reunified into its combined terrorist cells across the Middle East and Caucuses, producing immense worry in the European Union and a dismal realization for the Asian Pacific Alliance. Somewhere among the battered and wartorn villages of the Sinai Peninsula, Dr Thrax was inside his crude laboratory, chuckling to himself as he experimented on some chemicals and biochemicals. A militant approached him, clutching a clipboard. As Dr. Thrax listened, he swayed his hand dismissively.

"Budget? I don't want to hear about the budget!"

As the militant sighed and went, Dr. Thrax shrugged humorously and returned to his research and production.

"Hmm... Should I add the Green or the Blue? Both are equally satisfying!"

He'd remark to himself, chuckling softly as he raised the two vials containing green and blue chemicals, the green one labeled "Anthrax" and the blue one "Anthrax Beta."
