As you made you're way through the seemingly-empty hall's of the Hadal Blacksite, in search of that damn Crystal, you'd come across a unfamiliar room, a large one for a fact, going down a few stair's would be some sort of Dock with some new Machinery being stored.

It would the Glider, or NAVI-Glider. Created to be able to efficiently and effectively transport or maintain the Glider-Tubes. HQ would then speak through the Intercom.

You'll need to make you're way through our underwater maintenance tunnel's to proceed. I just received a notification that NAVI is requesting permission to give you access to the Hydro-Glide Unit. Apparently it's a faster way to the crystal, even though you don't have the proper training. But who am i to question an AI's judgement. Good luck.

A chime would sound, the intercom message ending as you picked up one of the HydroGliders, NAVI speaking from a small speaker on it.

Congratulations on completing you're glider training. You have been chosen to be part of a select few, who have permission to use the glider tubes for the purpose of maintenance and transportation. I will now be giving you a quick reminder about the safety checklist, which must be followed at all times: Do not turn the Glider on whilst outside of water. Do not drop the Glider. Do not let go of the handlebar whilst in operation. Do not ram the Glider into wall's or other stationary objects. Do not use the Glider to purposefully commit roadkill. Do not take the Glider on joyrides. Do not take the Glider through the de-synchronization tunnels without clearance or further training. Should any of these procedures be broken depending on the severity, will result in either pay-dock, contractual termination, or execution. If you wish for a reminder, ask a designated Glider station operator. Swim safely!
