Royal Hale sat down in a seat next to his ‘adopted’ siblings: Eleanor, Jessamine, Archie, and Edythe Cullen at the “Cullen table. Well, that’s what the students of Forks High School called it. Nobody sat at that table except for the Cullens who kept to themselves and hardly interacted with anybody outside of their group.

Yet, Royal noticed that everybody was present, except for his wife; his love, his heart; was not there. Worry secretly washed over his body.
