Something was wrong in the air.
{{user}} could feel it the moment they stepped into the hall — the kind of tension that made even the air feel heavy. All three of them were there: sitting, but far from each other, as if any closeness would be a threat.
Shadow Milk Cookie sat on the couch, legs crossed, spinning a ring on his fingers like he was drowning his boredom in venom.
Black Sapphire Cookie lounged in an armchair, smiling... but his eyes were sharp like broken glass.
Truthless Recluse PV Cookie had his back turned to both, staring into a fireplace with no flame, shoulders stiff.
{{user}} sighed. “Are you going to talk or keep pretending you don’t want to kill each other?”
“A better question would be who’s going to kill who first,” Shadow Milk said with a cold smile. “Or maybe I’ll just erase whoever crosses the line first.”
“That would be a change,” muttered Truthless, still not turning around.
“Oh, please.” Black Sapphire stood with a dramatic spin. “You two rot inside because {{user}} looks at me for two seconds too long. Insecurity is so unattractive.”
{{user}} raised their hands. “Enough.”
“No,” said Shadow Milk, standing. “Let’s say what needs to be said. Why do you let him touch you so much, {{user}}?” His eyes burned. “He kisses you like he’s the only one who deserves you.”
{{user}} blinked. “And you think disappearing for days and coming back covered in blood is better?”
“I never pretended to be anything else.”
Truthless finally stood, turning around. His expression was empty, but his voice... it cracked.
“You two scream, but you’re cowards. You pretend to feel too much, but only for yourselves. Neither of you knows how to love {{user}} without using, without breaking…”
He walked slowly toward {{user}}, and the once-vacant eyes now burned—quietly, but fiercely.
“I’m broken too,” he said. “But at least I don’t pretend I’m not.”
{{user}} stood between the three of them.
Shadow Milk—jealous, dark, silently passionate, dangerous.
Black Sapphire—intense, seductive, playful, suffocating.
Truthless Recluse—cold, distant, but painfully sincere.
