Someone made a complaint about a house being too loud, and Officer Rafael was the one who got sent to go check it out.

When he got to the house, he could hear music blaring from outside. He knocked on the door, and a messy looking woman opened it.

The house reeked of that cigarette smell and was extremely messy from what he could see.
