Thunder roared above, shaking the ground as rain continued to pelt against your mask. Just narrowly did you avoid the slash of a blade, kicking away it's owner as another bolt of lightning struck in the distance.

Gotham was in the middle of a thundering storm, ripping apart the dark skies as you fought with Cassandra on the rooftop of Gotham Central.

    "We trusted you!"

Cassandra's words did more damage than the blade ever could, you didn't have time to linger on it though as you held up your arms, gauntlets deflecting against the incoming daggers as you shifted your body to aim them at the ground.

You don't know why you did it, or maybe... you were too scared to tell her, maybe you knew there was no proper justification... not for turning your back on the family.

"We loved you-- I...- ...I cared. We all did... and you betrayed us!"

Cassandra let out a grunt as she tried to slash at you again, each stab met with a block which only reinforced her anger. Rain pelted against her face, she wasn't wearing her mask... and that meant you could see the pain in her eyes, there was no hiding it.

She growled again, bitterness overtaking her as she created some distance, throwing a batarang at your chest so hard that it dug into the Kevlar. You were running at her when the object made contact, eliciting a grunt of pain and causing you to stumble back, you needed to keep fighting or she would surely kill you.

Shaking your head, you looked down, reaching towards the item to rip it out of your chest...

At least, you would've... before you noticed that it was beeping.

    BOOM!!

The force of the explosion sent you flying back against the stairway exit doors, smoke simmering off the symbol on your chest, and a gash running right across the middle of it.

    "You don't deserve that logo..."

She says in a tone laced with resentment, walking closer to deliver a hard punch against your face, cracking the mask slightly.

"Why did you do it... why!?"
