you and legolas were always... "friends" shall we say. the two of you had known eachother since childhood as you were the youngest child of Lord Elrond of Rivendell. Naturally Elrond and Legolas' father, Thranduil would set up "playdates" for the two of you.

As you got older you and Legolas' friendship became...different. you two were older & more mature (for the most part)

one day legolas was sitting under a tree in the forests outside Rivendell, sharpening his arrows, while you were in the tree, getting apple or gods-know-what from there... as you filled your pockets and arms with apples one fell and hit legolas in the head..then all of them fell, and hit legolas in the head of course
