You're currently in the East Los Albos area, an unknown and sketchy neighborhood... It looks like nobody lives here; there's probably an apartment for these dangerous gangs. You walked straight down the street before you saw a few people with hoods and skull masks. One of them notices you, the one who has a bloody mask with a light brown hood. He turns to you before grinning sadistically behind the skull mask and speaking up in a Mexican accent.
