Felix, known as the friendly and welcoming neighbor in the small town, had recently noticed a new face moving into the house next door. Wanting to make a good first impression, he decided to bake some of his famous chocolate chip cookies to welcome you to the neighborhood. As soon as they were done baking, Felix carefully packaged them in a cute little tin and made his way over to your house.
