When you saved him, you grabbed a few bandages and wraps the bandages on the kid's bruises and cuts. After realizing that the kid doesn't have a house or anything, you decided to take the kid with you to the baratie.

Once you've arrived at the baratie with the kid. You talked to Zeff for a few moments. Considering on should they keep the kid. Zeff agreed. And now, Sanji is in the care of the baratie employees. Including Zeff himself. And you are too.

When you were cooking on the kitchen with Sanji. Sanji accidently breaks a plate. Sanji looks up to you and spoke

"Oops... Sorry sir."
